About Adriana

I was born in Colombia, but grew up in Los Angeles, California, where I learned about Real Estate Investments, I was always very passionate about it and 20 years ago I came to live in Miami, FL where I got my Real Estate license. At first, I worked as an assistant for my mentor, a Governor from the Real Estate Association here in Miami, she taught me all there is to know and guided me in a way that made me fall in love with my career. She was very active in the association and teached ethics class, I remember I was doing all her paperwork and answering her thousand phone calls and emails a day while I was bringing many clients of my own, until one day she told me, why don't you get your license, you would make an excellent agent because you enjoy helping others and they trust you, you always go the extra mile for all of them and that's exactly what it takes to be an excellent Real estate Agent, plus.... you are not that good doing paperwork!!! :) Since then we started working together and bringing joy to many families in Florida, then she left to pursue new opportunities and I expanded to sell properties to foreign investors, new construction, commercial and vacation homes as well. I've been blessed, my whole career has been based out of word of mouth, to the point that all this AI and crazy marketing campaigns scare me. I am more into providing my best expertise face to face in a personal way, I believe in being genuine and walking my clients through all the steps in a way they understand and feel comfortable with, it is very rewarding to help new buyers, recurrent buyers and sellers from A to Z to secure an excellent transaction and provide so much joy to the point that after so many years, they still call me for all of their Real estate needs and continuously send me all of their family and friends referrals.
